Casco Bay - Mica Watercolor Paint

Casco Bay is a shimmery teal blue watercolor paint. It's blue green with a touch of gray-- a perfect mid-tone blue for adding sparkle to seascapes.

DETAILS

Ingredients: Mica (mica, titanium dioxide, ultramarine blue, iron oxide), distilled water, gum arabic, vegetable glycerin, & clove leaf oil.

Lightfastness: All of the Casco Bay pigments have excellent lightfastness. I would not expect any fading, but I always recommend testing for lightfastness if you need to be certain of how a paint will perform.

Sizes: 
-Quarter pan (~1 mL, 0.74x0.59x0.2 in.)
-Half pan (~2 mL, 0.74x0.62x0.35 in.)

Notes: Small air bubbles are totally normal in handmade watercolors. I overfill my pans to offset this.

Each pan has the paint's name written on the side. Individual pans don't come with magnets.

Mica paints are notoriously difficult to photograph, but I try to capture each color as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

My mica paints are nontoxic when used as intended, as an artist paint. They have not been formulated or tested for any other purpose.

Watercolor pans are small and colorful, making them a potential choking hazard. Be sure to keep them out of reach of young children or pets.
